Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an experienced IT Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and enterprise adoption of Palantir Foundry and related technologies across the organization. This role serves as the technical authority for enterprise architecture standards, data strategies, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders and IT teams to develop scalable data solutions that drive operational excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, data engineering, or enterprise systems leadership.
• 3+ years designing enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud-based application design.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology, Workshop, and related technologies.
• Design scalable data architectures that support enterprise reporting, operational workflows, analytics, and AI-driven business solutions.
• Lead solution architecture reviews and establish standards for development, integration, security, and governance.
• Architect integrations between ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions.
