Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and analytics within the Palantir ecosystem. You will build scalable data solutions, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and engineering functions.

The role focuses on Foundry-based applications, data integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, application development, data engineering, or enterprise systems development.
• 2+ years working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing integrations between enterprise applications and databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Python, React, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise design.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data governance.
• Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Palantir Foundry applications, dashboards, and workflows.
• Build intuitive UIs using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations across ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, and more.
• Create scalable Ontology models and operational dashboards in Foundry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into software features.
• Develop reusable components and templates for Foundry app delivery.
• Support AI-enabled workflows using Palantir AIP and analytics capabilities.
• Implement automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance monitoring.
