Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group seeks an experienced IT Principal Solutions Architect to lead Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology, and related technologies across the organization. You will define standards, enable enterprise data solutions, and drive digital transformation with governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, software engineering, or data leadership.
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms, analytics, or digital transformations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on with Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology, and related tech.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture roadmap for Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology, and related tech.
• Design scalable data architectures for reporting, workflows, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, standards, and governance across units.
• Architect integrations between ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable tech solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, data engineers, and analysts.
• Establish data governance, quality, and master data management standards.
• Evaluate emerging Palantir and AI capabilities for operational improvement.
