Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group, a leader in EBOS solutions for solar and energy storage, seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem. You will build data-driven solutions spanning manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and engineering.

The role emphasizes scalable data pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, and collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/IS/SE.
• 6+ years of software development or enterprise systems experience.
• 2+ years with enterprise data platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building integrations between enterprise applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Palantir Foundry-based applications and dashboards.
• Build UIs using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations linking ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, and other systems.
• Create scalable Ontology models and operational workflows in Foundry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into software features.
• Develop reusable components and templates for faster delivery.
• Support AI-enabled workflows using Palantir AIP and analytics capabilities.
• Create automated reporting and KPI dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Assist with AI-assisted recommendations and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Conduct testing, validation, deployment, and documentation throughout SDLC.
