Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an experienced IT Principal Solutions Architect to lead Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology, and related platforms across the organization. You will define enterprise architecture standards, data strategies, and secure, scalable integrations to support business goals.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and manufacturing to drive digital transformation, governance, and platform optimization while mentoring engineers and data professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or related leadership roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise data platforms or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture roadmap for Palantir Foundry, AIP, Ontology and related technologies.
• Design scalable data architectures for enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for development, security, governance.
• Architect integrations between ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, etc.
• Develop architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical standards.
