Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a highly skilled Palantir IT Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and analytics solutions within the Palantir ecosystem. This role will focus on scalable data products and enterprise-wide integrations to drive operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
3+ years in software development or data engineering.
2+ years with enterprise data platforms or digital transformation.
Experience integrating enterprise apps and databases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, workflows, and data products within Palantir.
Develop data pipelines and integrations connecting ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, and other enterprise systems.
Build scalable ontology models, operational workflows, dashboards, and business applications within Palantir Foundry.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop applications using Palantir's low-code and custom development frameworks.
Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows utilizing Palantir AIP and advanced analytics capabilities.
Create automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational performance monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, integrations, workflows, and application performance.
