Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to join our Product Team in Austin, TX. You will design, build, test, and maintain Foundry-based applications and workflows to support business goals across CLA’s portfolio.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, vendors, and leadership; apply security and governance practices; and contribute to cost/time estimates and delivery of reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry; design, code, test, document, maintain, and modify programs and workflows.
• Build and maintain Foundry applications, ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, functions, actions, and integrations with governance practices.
• Perform unit testing, assist in test planning, and create architecture and code documentation.
• Ensure service levels; identify and manage integrations, configurations, performance, and operational support needs.
• Assist with cost and time estimates, define tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate risks and blockers early.
• Communicate with business users, IT teams, vendors, management, and leadership to understand requirements and demonstrate functionality.
