Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to join our Product Team. This role develops solutions using Palantir Foundry to support business goals across CLA's projects and clients.

You will design, build, test, and maintain Foundry-based applications, pipelines, and integrations in collaboration with business users, technology teams, and leadership. Ideal candidates have 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with preferred 6 years; travel is expected to be under 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required. 6 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Travel: <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry and related platforms.
• Build Foundry applications, ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, functions, actions, and integrations.
• Perform testing and document architecture and code.
• Maintain services, manage integrations, configurations, performance, and support.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist with project tasks, estimates, deadlines, and communicate risks early.
