Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to join our Product Team in Naples, FL. This role develops Palantir Foundry-based solutions, designs, builds, tests, documents, maintains, and supports complex applications across CLA's portfolio while collaborating with business users, product owners, and technology teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable outcomes.

You will create ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, and integrations, ensuring security, data lineage, and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Palantir Foundry experience preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications and workflows.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry recommended.
• Agentic development experience is a plus.
• Education or training may substitute for degree where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry and related platforms.
• Build and maintain Foundry apps, ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to test plans and documentation.
• Maintain services, manage configurations, and ensure performance and support needs.
• Assist with project tasks, estimates, deadlines, risks, and blockers.
• Communicate with business users, IT, vendors and leadership to demonstrate functionality.
