Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to join our Product Team in Austin, TX, with opportunities across Charlotte, Naples, Hudson, and Milwaukee. You will design and build Foundry-based applications, pipelines, and integrations, applying security and governance practices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of enterprise development experience, Palantir Foundry expertise, and knowledge of modern languages like TypeScript, Python, and SQL; travel under 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience required (6 years preferred).
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry and related technology platforms.
• Build and maintain Foundry applications, ontology-backed workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing and create documentation; ensure service levels and support needs are met.
• Communicate requirements with business users and leadership; manage risks and blockers.
