CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer to join our Product Team in Wisconsin. You will design, build, test, and support Palantir Foundry solutions across diverse business processes, collaborating with business users, IT, vendors, and leadership to transform requirements into reliable software.

The role emphasizes Foundry platform development, ontology-backed workflows, and governance practices, with travel <10%.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Experience with enterprise applications, workflows, or platform-based solutions.
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Palantir Foundry applications and workflows.
• Build ontology-backed pipelines, functions, and integrations.
• Test, document, and maintain Foundry-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors, and leadership.
• Estimate tasks, manage risks, and communicate blockers early.
• Ensure security and governance across deployments.
