Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking an AI and Data Science Engineer III to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI and data science solutions that translate data into business value. You will build scalable models, production-ready data pipelines, and decision-support tools for client and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on ML/analytics/engineering expertise, with opportunities to lead projects and collaborate across strategy, engineering, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines/ETL/ELT workflows.
• 2+ years hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to travel ~10% depending on client assignments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for business use cases.
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model integration across data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver production-ready outputs.
• Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to improve decision-making and operations.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and documentation across the lifecycle.
