Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience to join the Data & Analytics team in Atlanta. You will design, build, and deploy data and AI solutions, translating complex business problems into production-ready results, and leading workstreams for clients.

You will prototype GenAI-powered solutions using Palantir AIP, embed with client teams, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring scalable, reliable outcomes across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP hands-on experience
• GenAI/LLM-powered solution design and deployment
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: SQL, Python, ETL/ELT
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, GCP; modern data tech like Spark, Airflow/dbt
• Excellent client-facing communication with senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy data and AI solutions using Palantir Foundry
• Prototype GenAI/LLM-powered solutions with Palantir AIP
• Lead client sessions to translate business problems into technical designs
• Implement production-grade data and AI apps with engineering best practices
• Develop agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop controls
• Guide integration with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
