Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking an AI & Data Engineer III on the AI & Data team to drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements. You will manage day-to-day interactions with executives and lead small teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions, including agentic systems, AI orchestration, and tool integration.

Responsibilities include planning scope and schedule, tracking progress, managing changes to scope and costs, and maintaining stakeholder communications while traveling up

Qualifications

• 4+ years in delivering AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on Python development for AI/ML projects.
• 1+ years building agentic AI systems including orchestration and tool integration.
• 1+ years leading AI delivery workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• Bachelors or Masters in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average for client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
