Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer with hands-on experience across the Foundry ecosystem and Palantir’s AIP to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and applications that drive business outcomes. You will work directly with stakeholders to maximize value from Foundry and AIP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/Data experience.
• 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry (data integration, ontology, pipelines).
• 1+ years with Palantir AIP (design/deploy of use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modeling skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage with non-technical business users.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Data & Workflow Engineering: design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
• AIP & AI Enablement: support design/deployment of AIP use cases and grounding agents using RAG and ontology content.
• End-to-End Delivery: capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver working applications.
• User Engagement: provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
• Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and automate workflows.
