Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Sr. Territory Manager – Pain Treatment in the United States to drive sales and expand product adoption. You will consult with healthcare professionals, deliver clinical information, and educate patients and providers on proper product use.

You will develop territory plans, maintain product knowledge, and train customers while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires 5+ years of sales experience in related industries and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree with at least 5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Conduct clinical/reimbursement in-service training programs with customers.
• Educate patients and health care providers on proper use of the prescribed product.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control processes and manage expenses and CRM data.
