Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Pain Treatments to advise healthcare professionals and patients with clinical and technical information to hit sales targets. You will craft territory plans, expand knowledge across orthopedics and pain management, and drive compliant selling practices.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of proven B2B sales in biotech/medical devices, with strong communication skills and CRM proficiency. Travel in regional networks is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota.
• Experience in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical devices or related industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficient with CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve quotas.
• Build product knowledge and sales processes for assigned products.
• Educate healthcare providers on product usage and benefits.
• Identify large opportunities within networks of physician practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and training requirements.
