Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to be the primary day-to-day client contact and manage campaigns across Meta, Reddit, X, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat. You will work with planning and operations to ensure seamless execution and develop strategic recommendations with clear success metrics.

3+ years of paid social experience is required; strong platform knowledge and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional paid social advertising experience.
• Proficiency across Meta, Reddit, X, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Experience with Business Manager and Ad Manager dashboards.
• Experience handling large media budgets and deriving insights from campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Asana, Google Workspace, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day client contact, serving as the Most Trusted Advisor.
• Collaborate with planning and operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Develop strategic paid social recommendations with platform details, success metrics, and timelines.
• Place campaigns across Meta, Reddit, X, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Use advanced targeting (custom audiences, lookalikes, data segments).
• Optimize campaign buys to maximize monthly budgets.
• Create in-depth campaign reports with analytics partner insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
