Job summary

Chase is seeking a VP, Paid Social Automation & Innovation to co-lead automation-enabled campaign execution across paid social. You will drive tool development, governance, and scalable workflows in collaboration with the Media team and external partners.

You will translate platform expertise into actionable automation, partner with Enablement to scale tools, and ensure responsible AI-enabled media execution with strong governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid social campaign management experience.
• Deep understanding of paid social architecture, bidding, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience building or scaling automation tools, dashboards, or workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML governance and compliance in regulated environments.
• Ability to evaluate marketing tech and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Collaboration with data, analytics, product, and tech teams to manage backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and agentic campaign execution process development for paid social.
• Partner with enablement leads to translate needs into tool requirements and test plans.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks while ensuring governance and quality.
• Build and operationalize tools, templates, and playbooks to improve speed and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and manage implementation dependencies.
• Establish QC/QA standards and adoption metrics for automation-enabled paid social.
• Own roadmaps, testing strategies, governance, and adoption plans for automation capabilities.
