Job summary

Hearts & Science is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to join the Social team. You will conduct testing, plan budgets and flighting, and develop insights tied to client goals across objectives.

You’ll analyze reports, build projections, and troubleshoot tracking while delivering optimization ideas. The role offers growth within the Digital Activation team, opportunities to collaborate with top brands, and exposure to advanced training from industry platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of work experience managing accounts focused on delivering and optimizing social marketing and/or other interactive campaigns.
• Be a proactive self-starter.
• Be a team player and committed to training.
• Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.
• Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data.
