Job summary

Publicis Groupe’s Digitas team in Boston seeks a Media Supervisor, Paid Social to lead data-driven campaigns across major platforms. You’ll manage a team executing paid social actions and ensure flawless delivery aligned with client goals.

We expect 5+ years in media planning/buying; strong knowledge of CTR/CPC/CPM/CPA; collaboration across practice areas; and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving social landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in media planning/buying or ad operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in self-service capacity within social platforms.
• Experience with API partner UIs and major platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with prompt-based AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid social program strategies and analysis for clients.
• Guide relationships between teams and clients to deliver high-quality work.
• Coordinate with Media Planning, Social Strategy, and Strategy & Analytics groups.
• QA campaign setup and trafficking in social platforms.
• Stay updated on new ad products and technology advancements.
• Test API partners and influence product roadmaps.
• Partner with Analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Use planning tools to inform budgets and bids.
• Be flexible with hours and on-call for posting and optimization.
• Train junior teammates as needed.
