Mindgruve is hiring a Paid Social Supervisor to lead senior client relationships and drive full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and secondary platforms. You will oversee execution, mentor a team, and ensure high-quality delivery on a portfolio of accounts.

The role blends senior strategy with hands-on operations, focusing on performance, attribution, and data-driven optimization across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of paid social or digital advertising experience.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading account teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as client sponsor and senior point of contact on priority paid social accounts.
• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
• Own paid social strategy and client delivery for a portfolio of accounts; delegate execution to junior team members.
• Attend client status calls and lead the paid social agenda.
• Provide strategic POVs on performance, creative strategy, measurement and opportunities.
• Lead attribution, pixel strategy, and data integration discussions.
