Mindgruve is seeking a Paid Social Supervisor in the Los Angeles or San Diego area to lead senior client engagements and drive full-funnel paid social across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

You will manage a portfolio of priority accounts, mentor junior team members, attend status calls, and craft strategic POVs on performance, measurement, and opportunities.

A strong track record in client leadership and hands-on platform expertise is required; some roles may offer remote work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in paid social or digital advertising.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading account teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present with authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client strategy and senior leadership for a portfolio of paid social accounts.
• Oversee full-funnel strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and secondary platforms.
• Direct execution and delegate tasks to junior team members.
• Attend client status calls and own the paid social agenda.
• Develop testing frameworks, attribution discussions, and performance insights.
• Coach and develop team members and oversee QA of campaigns.
