Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and client communication.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead strategy conversations, and develop testing strategies and VSL scripts for financial services audiences. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
