Marketbridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B client accounts. This remote role operates in EST hours and emphasizes hands-on campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and strategic direction.

You will guide budgets, optimize performance, and connect paid social activity to broader demand generation, ABM, pipeline, and revenue goals while developing junior team members and elevating the practice.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of paid social experience in an agency setting, with strong B2B familiarity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Meta ads; familiarity with Reddit or emerging platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ABM, demand generation, and measuring impact across pipeline and revenue.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid social strategy across multiple B2B client accounts, translating goals into audience, channel, investment, testing, and measurement plans.
• Oversee complex paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms; guide budgets and optimization.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Creative to strengthen measurement, messaging, and testing based on performance.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; improve processes, QA standards, and workflow for scale.
• Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth through strategy, forecasts, and investment recommendations.
