Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid social experience, including agency and/or freelance work.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or complex programs.
• Strong B2B demand generation and ABM understanding.
• Hands-on campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across assigned B2B client accounts, translating goals into audience, channel, investment, testing, and measurement plans.
• Oversee programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms, including ABM and multi-touch campaigns.
• Guide budget planning, pacing, optimization, testing, and investment decisions.
• Stay hands-on in the platforms for setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Creative to strengthen measurement and messaging based on performance.
