Job summary

Code3 is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social to independently lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, translate complex challenges into full‑funnel strategies, and guide a high‑performing team to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid social experience leading strategy, performance, and client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Strong background in eCommerce and/or CPG brands.
• Proven track record with full-funnel, performance-driven paid social strategies.
• Expertise on Meta and TikTok; knowledge of Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit a plus.
• Ability to audit accounts, build campaigns, and optimize performance independently.
• Experience mentoring paid social teams and delivering client-facing strategic recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; effective in challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead paid social strategy, performance, and client relationships across portfolios.
• Oversee full-funnel media planning, creative strategy, testing, measurement, and optimization.
• Serve as senior paid social expert and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Mentor senior strategists and media buyers to elevate thinking and execution.
• Ensure operational excellence across activation, QA, pacing, budget, reporting, and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance creative innovation and measurement best practices.
