Job summary

Code3 is seeking a Paid Social Strategist to own day-to-day strategy and performance across client portfolios. You will turn data into actionable recommendations, shape full-funnel strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns in a remote-first environment.

You’ll engage with clients, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and drive growth across major social platforms while maintaining strict attention to budget and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid social across a minimum of four major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Ability to independently develop paid social strategies and recommendations based on client goals and performance.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance and tell a clear strategic narrative.
• Experience owning client communication and confidently presenting plans and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day paid social strategy and performance narrative for accounts, linking media results to client goals.
• Develop full-funnel strategies across platforms including budget allocation, audiences, structure, and optimization priorities.
• Serve as a trusted client-facing expert, pro-actively offering recommendations and clear points of view.
• Analyze performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities; translate data into actionable steps.
• Develop learning agendas and testing roadmaps across creative, media, audiences, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Activation and cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy and QA is provided.
• Maintain budget pacing, forecasting, and overall account health; manage relationships with platform partners.
