Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and presentation tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SEM reporting and analytics tools (GA4, Adobe).
• Experience with Google AdWords.
• Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
• Performance Management: manage budgets and campaign targets to achieve client goals across all accounts.
• Campaign Structure: audit, implement, and evangelize best practices; ensure proper spend and performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: client-facing reporting, diagnose issues, connect performance trends.
• Strategy & Innovation: lead planning, testing roadmaps, and optimizations across accounts.
• Communication & Storytelling: maintain client relationships and timely follow-ups.
