Job summary

Monks in Denver seeks Associate Director of Paid Search to lead a team of Senior Managers and Account Managers, shaping strategy and client engagement for 1–3 large relationships. You will drive KPI improvements, oversee execution, and mentor talent to grow in a fast-paced, results-driven agency.

The role requires 5+ years in agency Google advertising with proven B2B and B2C experience, strong data analysis skills, and effective client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency Google advertising experience and managed $100,000+ monthly ad spend.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C Google advertising.
• Strong numeric crunching and data analysis skills, with Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Paid Search Senior Managers, Account Managers and Analysts.
• Develop paid search strategy for 1–3 large client relationships and oversee execution.
• Communicate directly with clients and drive KPI improvements.
• Conduct weekly account reviews and provide optimization guidance.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback and 1-on-1s.
