The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior staff, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and hands-on paid search expertise.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience using bid-management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage day-to-day optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Serve as primary contact for ongoing client communication related to campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Develop clear, compelling presentations and contribute to strategic points of view and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams across digital channels to support integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Oversee campaign reporting and translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Support team development by setting expectations, delegating work, training colleagues, and providing constructive feedback.
• Lead virtual and in-person meetings with confidence, professionalism, and strong storytelling skills.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives.
