24 Seven Talent is seeking a Paid Social Supervisor to lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for diverse clients. You will partner with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to translate objectives into actionable media strategies and measurable results.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff, strong client relationships, and data-driven recommendations to boost performance. Hybrid work is available, with in-office days in select markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid social, performance media, or digital media planning.
• Strong working knowledge of major paid social platforms and their ad tools.
• Experience managing campaigns with varying budgets, objectives, audiences, and performance goals.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical paid media strategies and campaign tactics.
• Experience with paid social measurement, reporting, tracking, and platform analytics.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, internal stakeholders, and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and broader marketing teams to deliver integrated media strategies.
• Coordinate campaign assets, platform requirements, tracking, and implementation with partners.
• Analyze campaign performance using native platform tools and third-party measurement solutions.
• Turn performance data into insights, testing plans, and future recommendations.
• Identify new platform features and beta opportunities that may benefit campaigns.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, communicating results and strategy updates.
• Lead, mentor, and support Paid Social Associates and Senior Associates with training and feedback.
• Ensure campaigns meet quality, timeline, and performance standards.
