Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Paid Search Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, and growth across a diverse client portfolio. You will own day-to-day client relationships, oversee budgets, forecasts, feed optimization, and explore AI-driven enhancements.

This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with analytics, SEO, and merchandising teams, while guiding a team of managers and coordinators toward operational excellence and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Strong knowledge of product feeds, GTIN validation, and taxonomy management.
• Experience with feed platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, or Channable.
• Advanced analytical skills in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Act as primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations and performance discussions.
• Develop quarterly business reviews, planning initiatives, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with platform reps to leverage beta opportunities and best practices.
• Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimization across Google Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Own feed strategy and optimization across Merchant Centers.
• Monitor feed health and data quality; drive Shopping and Performance Max performance.
• Forecast budgets and deliver actionable performance reports.
• Foster AI-powered testing and automation within campaigns.
