Bottle Rocket Media in Chicago is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to design and run paid media programs across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and more. You will own the performance and optimization of campaigns for multiple brands and clients.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data to drive ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion improvements. Collaboration with the marketing team and clients is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid social and search campaigns.
• Experience handling large monthly budgets across multiple clients/brands.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable campaign strategies and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other platforms as needed.
• Oversee a combined monthly ad budget of $200K+ and manage multiple client accounts to support campaign goals.
• Develop paid media plans based on client objectives, audience, and funnel stage.
• Build and maintain campaign structures including targeting, bidding, budgets, placements, and settings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to brief and develop ad creative, copy, and assets.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing across creative, audiences, messaging, and other variables.
• Monitor performance and adjust as needed based on results, budget, and priorities.
• Track and analyze KPIs and create performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Use measurement tools to maintain accurate tracking and attribution.
• Coordinate with account managers and producers to align media with broader initiatives.
• Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to expand paid media through new platforms, tactics, or testing strategies.
