Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading and managing paid search and social campaigns across major platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing significant media budgets and delivering against pipeline and revenue KPIs.
• 3+ years of experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute the regional paid media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance daily, adjust bids and budgets to meet KPIs.
• Lead audience strategy, A/B tests, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales.
• Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
