Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance, including Meta campaigns, messaging, and funnel strategy. You will lead client discussions, craft direct-response copy, and drive testing across audiences, offers, and creative variables.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention, while collaborating with video editors and automation tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta and cross-channel exposure.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine changes to improve results.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and integration workflows; troubleshoot issues.
