Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media campaigns for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and steer the narrative in client calls with confidence and clarity.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing for ROAS and pipeline growth while building long-term client partnerships. Remote position with US-facing clients and agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
