VIIRL Marketing in North Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sr. Paid Media Specialist to lead paid search and social campaigns for diverse clients. This on-site role emphasizes tracking, analytics, and strategic optimization across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, strong analytics skills, and proficiency with GTM/GA4. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Proficient in setting up conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Facebook Pixel.
• Advanced understanding of PPC (Search & Display), paid social campaigns, and retargeting strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee full campaign lifecycle: planning, set-up, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Execute detailed tracking and analytics implementations using GTM, GA4, and Facebook Pixel.
• Ensure all key events and conversions are tracked for actionable reporting.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and optimize to maximize ROI.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, forms, e-commerce, and client goals.
