Job summary

Elk Marketing is seeking a strategic Paid Media Manager to scale campaigns across Google and Meta, with a focus on eCommerce. You will drive ROAS, manage large budgets, and collaborate with design, dev, and analytics teams to optimize feeds and creative.

You will own reporting and client communications, use AI tools to improve workflows, and build long-term roadmaps for client growth across platforms and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns, esp. for eCommerce brands.
• Proven success scaling campaigns and managing large budgets with minimal oversight.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, incl. PMax, Shopping, DPA, ASC+.
• Deep understanding of product feeds, catalog management, and dynamic creative.
• Strong grasp of landing page CRO and collaborating with dev/design teams.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Triple Whale.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• AI-native operator with tools like ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Claude Code to improve workflows.
• Ability to identify repeatable paid media workflows and integrate AI into reporting, analysis, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms.
• Build strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals and measurable impact.
• Present reporting, insights, and recommendations on client calls.
• Audit and restructure ad accounts for ROAS and efficiency.
• Write and test compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative hooks.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, design, dev, and email teams.
• Manage ad budgets from $10K to $500K+ per month across clients.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and performance with GA4 and Triple Whale.
• Conduct competitive research and deliver actionable insights.
