Proppel Pty Ltd., a US-based health and longevity DTC brand, is hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own the Meta program as in-house. You will collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing in a fast-paced, AI-enabled team.

Responsibilities include running Meta campaigns daily, expanding to TikTok, Snapchat, and Google, using AI to speed workflows, and ensuring tracking QA before spend. Strong English and US market experience are essential, with availability for US Pacific hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid social experience with a DTC brand.
• Proven Meta performance with account restructures improving CPA/ROAS.
• Demonstrated AI usage for ads, research, forecasting and speed.
• Excellent spoken English and clear real-time thinking.
• Experience with the US market and audiences; US Pacific hours availability.

Responsabilités

• Run Meta campaigns day-to-day (ads, audiences, lookalikes, exclusions).
• Launch and optimize across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat; later Google and others.
• Use AI to create ads, research, forecast, and speed up workflows.
• Join vendor/agency calls, provide feedback, and allocate budget.
• QA tracking, UTMs, copy, and offers before spend.
• Turn performance data into weekly actionable takeaways.
