Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel ad campaigns from start to finish.
• Plan budgets, research keywords, write copy, and set up conversion tracking.
• Analyze performance data and present insights to clients and teams.
• Build strong client relationships with strategic recommendations and clear communication.
• Identify growth by recommending new channels and tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account management teams.
• Stay current on digital media trends and bring fresh ideas.
