Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own performance across client accounts. You will lead strategy conversations, optimize Meta campaigns, and drive lead generation and appointment bookings with direct-response copy and VSL scripts.

You’ll collaborate with analysts and creatives, manage budgets, test hypotheses, and report results to clients. Hands-on ownership and clear communication are essential for retention and growth in a growth-focused agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong copywriting for direct-response ads and VSL scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts end-to-end, including strategy, reporting, and communication.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts; develop hooks and messaging.
• Design and execute testing strategies across audiences and offers.
• Set up tracking, pixel events, Calendly and Zapier workflows, troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
