Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy testing, and reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive revenue through qualified appointments. The role requires hands-on optimization beyond Ads Manager, with responsibility for messaging, testing, tracking setup, and collaboration with editors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience with Meta advertising and lead-gen campaigns.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead conversations.
• Experience with tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Lead Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and testing.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences and messaging.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Set up tracking and funnel execution; integrate Calendly and Zapier.
• Identify and resolve funnel performance issues across channels.
