Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and client communication.

You will lead conversations with multiple accounts, craft copy for ads and VSLs, and guide testing to improve lead generation and appointments. The role requires hands-on Meta advertising experience, strong copywriting, and ability to manage campaigns toward performance goals while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ad copy and scripts.
• Ability to develop testing strategies, optimize campaigns, and diagnose funnel issues.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify funnel problems.
