Job summary

PRIME Corporate Services seeks a Senior Paid Media Manager to own the paid customer acquisition across Google, Meta, and emerging channels. You’ll manage campaigns, write ad copy, brief Design, and coordinate with Engineering on tracking, driving measurable impact from spend.

You will lead testing, optimize CPA and CPL, and collaborate with Sales to ensure traffic quality translates to orders, while expanding into new channels like AI-native inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years managing paid media budgets with hands-on Google and Meta ads.
• Experience implementing conversion tracking across GTM, pixels, and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Google Search, Performance Max, and Meta campaigns.
• Design and run a testing roadmap across audiences, creative, and offers.
• Own conversion tracking end-to-end with GTM, platform pixels, and GA4.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure high-quality traffic and qualified leads.
• Budget pacing and performance reporting to leadership.
