Job summary

SeatGeek seeks a Senior Paid Media Associate to scale paid media across TV, CTV, audio, display and other digital channels. You will shape strategy, manage campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate with agencies and partners to optimize investments and drive incremental growth.

You will work closely with Creative, Analytics and marketing teams to test new channels and report insights, with a focus on data-driven decisions and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in media planning, buying, performance marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop media strategy across TV, CTV, audio, display and other channels.
• Plan and optimize campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with agencies, media partners and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery, optimize performance and report on results.
• Manage budgets, pacing, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Build testing roadmap and evaluate channel effectiveness with analytics teams.
