Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a results-driven Analyst for the Paid Social and Programmatic team in the United States. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat, optimize budgets for ROAS targets, and run tests to drive incrementality.

You’ll collaborate with designers, data scientists and engineers to measure impact and translate insights into smarter spend decisions. This role offers remote or flexible work options and a dynamic live-entertainment focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience running performance advertising across major social platforms.
• Experience managing variable budgets with ROAS or efficiency targets.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to pull insights from large datasets.
• Strong project and time management to handle many campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain strategy clearly.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Interest in live entertainment and sports is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets to maximize scale while maintaining ROAS targets.
• Build and optimize campaigns for artists, teams and tours.
• Run dynamic/catalog campaigns using product feeds and templates.
• Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, and landing pages.
• Contribute to incrementality studies with Analytics for budget setting insights.
• Partner with Creative on briefs and testing; report performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve internal automation for campaigns.
• Engage with platform partners to push capabilities toward our priorities.
