Job summary

SeatGeek seeks an Analyst for the Paid Social and Programmatic team in the United States. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat, optimize budgets for ROAS, and partner with analytics, design, and engineering to drive growth in user and revenue metrics.

You’ll design experiments, measure lift, and translate results into budget and creative decisions, while maintaining strong project management and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance advertising on Meta and at least one other major platform.
• Experience managing variable budgets at scale with ROAS/efficiency targets.
• Analytical, data-driven background with ability to pull insights from large datasets.
• Strong project and time management along with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Manage variable budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets.
• Build and optimize per-performer campaigns for artists, teams and tours against a calendar.
• Run dynamic and catalog-driven campaigns with product feeds and dynamic creative templates.
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests across targeting, creative, copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate on incrementality and conversion lift studies with Analytics.
• Partner with Creative on briefs and testing; close the loop with performance results.
• Work with Engineering on tooling that automates campaign creation and reliability.
