Job summary

Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, including strategy conversations, copy and VSL scripting, testing, and funnel optimization, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key acquisition metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are most likely to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
