Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive experiments to improve lead generation and appointment bookings. You will develop testing strategies, diagnose funnel issues, and communicate results to clients, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven track record of driving performance and achieving targets in high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality and strategic judgment.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
